DomGas Alliance
The DomGas Alliance is a member-driven industry body representing natural gas users, infrastructure investors and producers in Western Australia.
The Alliance seeks to ensure a reliable, affordable and diverse supply of natural gas for industry and households in Western Australia. It was formed in 2006 in response to a serious shortage of gas supply for new developments in WA.
Members include Alcoa of Australia, Cockburn Cement, Coogee Chemicals, Tronox, Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers and Yara.
The Alliance works closely with State and Federal Governments and other industry stakeholders to promote initiatives and debate on domestic gas supply issues.
The DomGas Alliance is conscious of the need to transition into clean energy forms. It is currently engaging and working with stakeholders to outline the role of gas in both current and future markets as well as viable forms of clean renewable energy.

Hon. Mia Davies
Spokesperson
The Hon. Mia Davies is a respected former leader of the National Party and Member of the Western Australian Parliament, with over 17 years of experience representing regional communities in both the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly. She held senior leadership roles, including Minister for Water, Forestry, and Sport and Recreation, and was the first woman to lead the WA Nationals and later serve as Leader of the Opposition.
Mia brings expertise in the Western Australian resources sector, along with a strong grasp of government processes, policy development, and legislative reform. Throughout her ministerial and shadow cabinet career, she worked closely with industry, government, and community stakeholders to advance policy outcomes that support the state’s economic development and regional sustainability.
She has developed trusted and respectful relationships with media at both the State and Federal level, underpinned by her ability to engage with clarity, credibility, and integrity. A confident and experienced communicator, Mia is skilled at translating complex issues into compelling public messages, with a reputation for being accessible, informed, and constructive.
Mia’s strength as an advocate is grounded in her collaborative approach and extensive stakeholder network. She brings a credible, balanced voice to public debate and is well positioned to represent and promote the interests of Western Australia’s communities and industries.
